  • At Suma, we specialise in creating bespoke pilates activations and pop-op events tailored to your brand’s vision. Leveraging our established presence in the influencer and modeling space, we ensure each event is both intimate and impactful. We provide all Pilates equipment, a curated music playlist and comprehensive promotion through social channels, amplifying your brand’s reach. Suma collaborates closely with your team to ensure a seamless, tailored experience. Please note, this is a premium, paid service; all payments are processed directly by the brand, while Suma delivers the expertly crafted class and event experience.   • Suma can host up to 24 attendees on-site, though the studio itself is designed for a maximum of 14 participants at a time. For larger events, we can arrange additional on-site elements, so please contact us to discuss custom solutions.

  • We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for planning, creative development, logistics, and promotion.

    However, we understand that opportunities can arise quickly and will always do our best to accommodate shorter lead times where availability permits. For larger-scale activations or events requiring customisation, additional planning time may be recommended to ensure a seamless experience.

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations and rescheduling requests may be subject to notice periods and fees, depending on the timing of the request and any costs already incurred in preparation for the event. Full terms will be outlined in your booking agreement, and our team will work closely with you to find the best possible solution.
